ÆTERNARE Studio Terms of Use
By using ÆTERNARE Studio to generate music or other audio content, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Ownership
You retain ownership of the original intellectual property you contribute to your creations, including, where applicable, your lyrics, prompts, titles, and other original creative elements. Subject to applicable law and the capabilities of the underlying AI generation technology, you retain all rights you are entitled to in your generated works, including the right to commercially exploit, license, and distribute your generated works on streaming platforms, social media, and any other channel of your choosing.
Downloads and Distribution
Beta Testing Notice: During the current beta testing phase, downloading generated audio tracks is disabled. Once beta testing concludes, generated audio files will be downloadable and may be freely distributed by you outside the ÆTERNARE ecosystem.
Generated audio files will be downloadable and may be freely distributed by you outside the ÆTERNARE ecosystem, including on third-party streaming platforms, social media, and other distribution channels, subject to the Broadcast License below.
Broadcast License
By generating content through ÆTERNARE Studio, you grant ÆTERNARE, its affiliates, and its partners a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, broadcast, stream, promote, and otherwise make your generated works available through the ÆTERNARE ecosystem, including but not limited to ÆTERNARE Radio and future ÆTERNARE services.
No royalties, performance fees, or other compensation will be owed for broadcasts or use of your content within the ÆTERNARE platform and services.
Intellectual Property
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your underlying intellectual property to ÆTERNARE. Except for the license granted above, all rights remain with the creator.
Availability
Keep in mind that ÆTERNARE reserves the right to moderate, remove, disable access to, or discontinue hosting of any generated content at its sole discretion, including content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or community standards.
Acceptance
By generating, publishing, or submitting content through ÆTERNARE Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
